At The LawStaff Group, it is not our intention to barrage our clients with
numerous resumes of unqualified candidates. We pride ourselves on presenting
only qualified candidates. We also offer our risk-free guarantee for our
temporary employees and a 60-day pro-rated replacement guarantee for our
direct-hire candidates.
Temporary Employees
Our representative will make a quality assurance call on the first day and
weekly throughout the assignment, in order to ensure you are satisfied
with the employee's performance. If you are not satisfied with the employee's
performance we will replace the employee with a more suitable candidate. If you
are not satisfied within the first four hours of the assignment, you will not
be billed for the hours worked, based on our risk-free guarantee.
We are fully bonded and insured and our Human Resources department will be
responsible for payroll and benefits administration for the temporary employees
we send you. We pay our temporary employees on a weekly basis via direct
deposit or check if preferred.
Direct-Hire Candidates
We offer an unconditional a 90-day pro-rated replacement guarantee on our
direct-hire candidates.
